Awesome customer service

I was Quoted R1000 for a Geyser element and an additional R800 for 8 tap washers.On arrival I was told that they didn't bring any washers and the geyser element would all of a sudden cost R1640 .Half an hour into the install I received a SMS to inform me that I was under quoted an additional R450, which would have brought the cost for the element replacement to R2000.After a very heated phone call I eventually ended up paying R1610.00 vat incl and still no washers .Awful experience

I would like to share my leak detection experience that I had with Ken Harrison Plumbers. There was a leak at my house running from upstairs to downstairs and I used Ken Harrison based on the good amount of reviews and the fact that they are based in Benoni which is close to me. Their fee of R1725 incl vat for leak detection needed to be paid before inspection. Upon their investigation they quoted me a further approximately R10 000(If I wanted to use their services to fix the shower) stating that the shower base/trap was leaking water downstairs and that the leak was a non-pressurized one. This was a lot of money and I requested a second opinion and the new company found out that the leak was actually coming from a burst pressurized pipe which they fixed and there was no leak after this. I had sent all the pictures mentioning that Ken Harrison Plumbers had falsely detected the leak and wanted a refund but too date my messages are read and no reply and my calls are ignored. I cannot recommend Ken Harrison Plumbers for leak detection as in these tough times I am left without R1725 with no explanation and it could have been worse if I placed my trust in them and opted for them to fix the shower for nothing for a further R10 000. In my opinion this company is very unprofessional as they do not even have the decency to admit they are wrong. Hope my review helps the public and for the bad service this company deserves 0 stars.

Ken Harrison Reliable Plumbing responded very fast to my emergency. They were very polite and professional and sorted out my issue in a jiffy. The rates are also very reliable. Highly recommend using this company.
