Well I don't know why waiters don't write down on paper their customers orders ? They think they will remember your order well I have seen this every time ! They don't get your order right please give them paper to write down your customers orders

This place is a beautiful shopping centre with nice shops for one to enjoy and spending their money, the atmosphere is great and the service is dope,just MTN staff on my day of visit where not in the good mood as we never had a good communication, but this doesn't take away the fact that this is a great place for shopping

Waiters and the staff at large are always friendly. The lady who always looks after the kids in the play area is super friendly..it's like she was trained for that job. Big ups

I love eating at spur cause their food it's so delicious but every since I'm residing at Burgersfort I'm no longer going most there cause their staff are not friendly, they are not even able to convince the customer to add more on a bill they just give you what you want and then out of you.And another thing I've experienced in the restaurant is like when I enter you don't feel at home is like I'm there to disturb them you will find staff sitting on the table talking their personals,The guy who service me didn't even show interest on the tip I gave him not even thank you...That's my reason these day I've started to visit the opposite restaurant because of their service .
