Aluminium Solution

Bad service, they have installed wrong windows in my bathrooms & wrong handle on the front door. I have been complaining for 5 months and I am still waiting.

It is with great disappointment that I write this review.I had deliberateLy chosen Aluminium Solutions as they were so professional when I first Engaged with them.Their service,poor management,,lack of promises around timing,engaging with their staff,lack of tools and shoddy cleaning up leaves a poor taste around their professionalism.It seems like the one person does not know what the other does.I had hoped that they would have redeemed themselves after many complaints,evidence of what they did fell on deaf ears.Really hope they do no do this to their other clients who are waiting in line.

Door was installed with the wrong handles and broken glass. A few days later two other panes of glass started to crack. Although that was resolved the door does not close properly and these guys are extremely bad at managing their time and commitments. On multiple occasions, they rescheduled at the last minute. Even though my door was not sorted, I was time and again asked for payment, which is sort of all these guys seem concerned about.They clearly have specific" priority clients and I was most certainly dropped because of this"

I got a quote from these guys and was supposed to make payment upon which I read the reviews and became a bit apprehensive. I then reached out to Duane and Lizelle to voice my concerns and then an extremely rude and abrupt guy by the name of Michael calls me and gives me the worst attitude... I do not recommend these guys... even before the work started there is such a sense of unprofessional-ism. Shocking!

They inserted a doggy door at my house. Their service and professionalism was fantastic as well as the final product which was so neat it looks like it was always there!

This is very interesting, all the 5 star reviews is from the employees of the company. All the bad reviews from the customers. What does this say?How bad do your company have to be that the employees has to give exelent reviews to couter the bad reviews of the companies.I have recieved a qoute from them to replace two windows at my house, very competative quote, i must say, three weeks ago. I accepted the quote and made the money transfer, work only starts when payment is recieved, which they did. Two weeks aftet payment was made, still no service, excuses yes but no service.I have wasted 1days leave waiting for them after promising that it will hapen today. 15:30 already, still no service.Your service sucks.If any one out there want to make use of this company, hope you have great patience and time.Unfortunatly i had to click on one star to be able to give a review, they do not even deserve that.You can not compain about the service because there is none.
