Steve came and moved and serviced an airconditioning unit for us. We were told by others that it had to be replaced, they charged us for quoting, so when Steve came out and had a look he was refreshingly candid about what could and could not be done and said he believed the system could be relocated and serviced and improve it. He was so right! He arrived when he said he would, was efficent, tidy and well priced. Would not hesitate to recommend him, and he is now our aircon guy!

Steve and his team are experts in the air conditioning business. He spent a lot of time investigating the problems, liaising with manufacturer technician and Steve discussed every step of repair with me.Their approach were very honest and patience, and they are thorough and very competent.With the among of time they spent on my machine they didn't charge me extra and then provided me with additional warranty which was amazing.

10/10 will use Sydney Air Conditioning Services again! I called Sydney Air Conditioning Services on a Saturday afternoon after experiencing issues with an old AC unit in my apartment. Steve responded later that day and was able to identify and isolate the issue. Unfortunately, I had such an old unit that I needed new parts installed. Steve explained this clearly and was upfront about costs and timeframes as he needed to source the parts. Steve was able to fully repair the unit. He was always available if I had any questions and he communicated clearly throughout the process. Really honest and skilled technicians - I will definitely use them for all AC related issues in the future!
