Went to Cotton onat Tygervalley and could not get a refund as their card machines were not working an they did not have enough cash. Really poor customer service!!!

Well the other day i was there the one person who helped was very rude cotten on has nice clothes but they can work on their customers service a bit the rest of them are sweet and has a smile but the one lady is very rude I don’t want to give a bad review but if i go again and the same lady is rude im gonna have to give a bad review sorry guys

I’ve had the most horrific experience at cotton on tygervalley the staff members are rude and not helpful, they constantly experiencing problems with their system, I’ve been told on numerous occasions to return items, that I’ve purchase at tygervalley at other branches which are often further away. This is a major inconvenience and something has to change.

Love this little store in Tygervalley. Bought some funky pants today and most clothing is one size fits most sizes. Love the colour combinations and very versatile clothing (home, work office and beach) all in one. Wish I could afford many many more

Nice spacious and not crowded but they stopped stocking any plus size clothing which is a great pity though.

The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Caitlyn/Caitlin/Kaitlyn is my favorite staff member! She is always super friendly and professional. I always leave the store with a huge smile on my face when she working. Well done Cotton On for having such an amazing team member! Shopping at Cotton On Tygervalley is a real treat when I see my favorite staff member in store.

The staff not great. Especially the lady at the changing rooms. She was rude tomy daughter and friends. The lady at the tills was amazing though.

If you looking for a range of clothing for teens and young adults, this is the place. They only cater for a specific age group. Nothing for the older generation. I think they quiet pricey too

The staff here are so rude and always make a point of it to make you feel uncomfortable. They always make it seem as if you are stealing every time you go in there and look through the selection. I hate going here, its so unwelcoming.
