I ordered a chicken coop from Adri. They were very helpful initially and agreed to even custom make what I ordered. When it came to the delivery of the coop this is where all the problems began. They kept promising me delivery and it never arrived. I had to wait over three weeks for the coop and when it was delivered they forgot the ladder. How are my poor chickens able to get from the nesting boxes to their food. It has been over a month and I still have not received my ladder. When I text Adri, I get ignored and she doesn’t even answer my phone calls anymore. All I want is the ladder that I paid for. It’s really not much to ask. The service is shocking and I will not recommend ordering enclosures from them.

Ordered a chicken coop on 11 January 2023. Was told to expect delivery between 22 and 29 January. I arranged to fetch my point-of-lay chickens on 4 February. I received no communication from Mike or Adri that the plans have changed. No delivery has taken place and it is starting to feel like a scam. No photos of my cage have been sent to me, one promise after the other. One excuse after the other. Avoid these people at all costs. Minus 10 stars.
