Had my laptop repasted with Notebook company about a year and a half ago. Had it repasted again this week by someone else, and the job Notebook company did looks like the person's first time applying thermal paste.

The notebook company gives false claims. Saying there is water damage on my motherboard and irreplaceable. When I got a second opinion somewhere else, the motherboard only needed to be reset and the damage was on the screen. The second opinion confirmed there was no water damage on the motherboard. The notebook company does not know how to work on computers and should be avoided!!!

Very terrible company! Won't recommend it to anyone.Our laptop went in with the screen not going on with the on button flickering. First they said it is the screen, after a week and a half when we collect, it did exactly the same. It was there for another week and a half before they called and say it was the ram. Went to pick it up, as we got home it did exactly the same. Took it back again for the third time, still the ram! They allegedly fixed it... and because we've been there already they have suggested that they will drop it off. At that day, one of the technicians took it to his home for several days. When he finally made contact, we went to pick up the laptop. Still not working and doing exactly the same. We contacted the manager which arranged a courier to come pick it up. After the 4th time they look at it, it's suddenly the main switch on the mother board. From screen to ram and now to the main switch!How do I know what the technician did with my laptop at his home?After explaining that to the owner, nothing happened. Now he don't pick up his phone or answer our message. We have been told to pich up the laptop and get a refund for all the money we paid to fix everything that was wrong every time.Please search for another company!

It was really great to find friendly staff who were very helpful in getting the items I needed as well as the price were very reasonable, this is not a combination of professionalism you're getting these days a lot. I Will absolutely recommend them.
