Extremely unprofessional. The sole agent is a very unresponsive, unprofessional and above all else borderline rude. I could not even get a viewing due to utter lack of communication and the avoidance of the agent. As someone who is credit worthy, I do wonder if this was racially motivated as there was no reason to avoid me for a showing. Do not use this agency.In response your rebuttal Our appointment was at 17:00. I would like to remind you that I called at 17:07 as I was running late and analogized as I was dragged into an urgent meeting.Guess what life happens and I apologized for being late on the call.I then asked if it was still okay to meet but that I was 10-15 minutes away and YOU said yes. You then forced me to drive there knowing full & well that you had left and did not even have a courtesy to call back ( once again I receipts of all this). You were not there when I arrived and I had to call myself to find out you left , and that point it was 17:40 , but I arrived at 17:25, you were also technically late. You have no right to angry with me when you wasted my precious time as well and mine was at least not intentional.I have contact all the other realtors at various times as these aspects are always on the go and last I checked 17:00 pm is not late night. Maybe in your old age it is but I still thought that was fairly early , even for a Sunday. You didn't message me once back after my follow up on appointments and I essentially had to pester you for one. What reason other than the one stated could I assume. You don't get to be rude to someone for showing up 7 minutes late unless you have some prejudice against them
