Staff are very helpful and they are able to provide advice to you, whether it be for your DSTV, Satellite or Video install. You usually don't have to wait long to be helped and the service is great. Really friendly staff. Price are unbeatable on certain products and they sell quality products. I would rate it a 8 out 10 overall.

Place reeks of smoke, couldn't wait to get out of there. It would seem the designated smoking areas are the indoor areas.I agree, very helpful staff, but nope, the smell was bad.Date: 21 November 2022 - till slip time 16h45

I’d rather never have DSTV again than enter this shop ever again. They refused to refund me my money. Swore at me and my husband. Called the securities on us as if we had been violent (we left willingly any way) and came back with the police. After that the money was paid into our account the next morning and they had told us different stories from the moment we entered the store. My analogy is that the money was paid and cleared yesterday after we confronted them. What a trashy shop sies
