What started and seemed to be a very quick and easy order turned into a lot of displeasure. If I could give 0 stars I would. First an order was placed for 50 quantities. We are later contacted that unfortunately they are out of stock and can only provide us with 34 quantities instead, this after we already paid for the 50 quantities. Fine, agreeing to the 34 quantities and the reimbursement of the balance we receive our delivery almost 2 weeks late with less quantities than what was agreed upon - Only 28!!! Really bad 1st experience with Brands Up. Still no response from the account manager on my request for feedback why we received less than what was agreed on. (Nozie)
