It's okay. The surrounding area is dodge but the complex provides a safe environment

Very neat and secured

No water in the complex. This happened several times. Either pipe inside or outside complex burst. Outside front light of flat not working for months now. No one comes to fix it. Poor maintenance and its so expensive R6000+ p/m

Cost effective place to leave which is 3min away from Canal walk and 14 min to waterfront

Been here 4 years and decided it's time to move. Used to be pleasant to live here but no longer. Loud parties until the early hours, soccer balls flying about all over the place hitting our cars and windows etc. Complaints to iGrow do not help as they do nothing, but quick to phone if the rent is more than a day late.

Not the best complex I've been at, the maintance is not the best, the grass is not taken care of, the outside walls have cracks, there is no standard curtain colours which is unsightly. People hang clothes on the balconies which is not easy on the eye. Play area is. Not taken care of and kids play ball games around people's cars which can get damaged.Out of a 10 I would rate it a decent 4

It's great to have the new security appointed. Well done Trident Security ....you got to know and understand the complex, (and ALL residents names & vechicles) and in control. Keep it up !

Residential area that is quiet with space designates foe kids to play. It has a 24hr security .This is a good place
