Communication is very poor. Went there on Friday the 27/11/ 2020 and was told that renewals are only done on Wednesdays and Thursdays and I asked since we approaching festive holidays when is their closing date and I was told on the 18/12/2020. On Thursday the 10/12/2020 I visited the department again for renewal of my DL, then a guy approached us and informed us that renewals will be done in January 2021 as they closed on Wednesday the 09/12/2020. What happened to the 18/12/2020???

Drove all the way from Rustenburg after they cut the que, when I got to Koster was told the person who assists with Driver's license renewals is on leave for the long weekend.

We were the only two people in the building to be helped and nobody assist us. The lady that should've help us with the eye test left at 10:30 .Management not even helping.

Dont even bother going if you want to renew drivers licences. They decide on the spot that they feel like doing it today or not

Not even worth the effort! The manager" decides which days he feels like "allowing" the renewal of your drivers licence. This after phoning and confirming in advance."

Went to Koster License department this morning at 11:00. They told me that they cannot help me, even though there was no other customer" in the department. They said that I need to come in the mornings and stand in a queue to be helped. They only help the people in the queue for the day and thereafter they do not assist anyone else.Funny thing

Been waitinf 4 months for a licence card...The security is rude... drove all the way from jhb to tell you they'll be closing at 12 on Friday's... and if there's load shedding doors close IT people never here... landlines does not work due to no telephone and the open at 8 in the morning cause people are still not at the offices to assist you....What a rude and cheeky lady.... if you can't wait you won't be assist lack of understanding each other...And she's can't address you in English but want to talk behind your back in her language...This traffic department is a joke and they can't make a plan for the better

Service delivery is poor, they don't really want to help you. Only 50 people gets help per day if you want to apply for your learner license.

Dont reserve one star came for my license in april waitad six weeks they said its not ready came again after two weeks same story. Jully was told my fotos is lost i have to do it again its now six weeks later came today 24 Augustus 2021 they can not find my license i have to do it again.
