The price to get your shock or fork in for a service is just ridiculous... many mechanics around Cape Town that can and will do the job just as well for almost half the price. Plus omnico wants to charge you huge amounts to remove the shock or fork off your bike or any other basic that many other workshops will do for free.

Had trouble finding an Omnico product stocked at Game. After several emails and calls back and forth Omnico was able to resolve this issue as I had no luck with Game. Martin from the Omnico office took it upon himself to ensure I got the Bfit scale I was after. Had it for two weeks now and super impressed by how seamlessly user friendly the scale is. Loving it and looking at getting the fitness tracker next. Thanks for the awesome service!

The exceptional customer experience started at the front gate already, where the guard directed me to a parking, followed all COVID protocols, and signed me in. I hardly waited a few minutes before Jason appeared with my GoPro, fully repaired and restored!! You'd be hard-pressed to find a sterling service like this today. Thank you!

I needed a battery door for my Stages power meter. Junaid hooked me up a replacement free of charge. I just had to arrange the courier which was no issue. I requested the replacement yesterday afternoon and it arrived this afternoon. Thanks a lot for assisting.

My shock was sent to Omnico for a rebuild around 17/18 November 2020 by my bike shop. Omnico repaired the shock and sent it back to the wrong bike shop on 24 Nov. Between Omnico and the Bike shop nobody was able to find my shock for 7 weeks. Incredibly poor experience all-round.
