I am not satisfied with the services , it's been almost a month waiting for my package, calling every week. The response is always the same that they will call me back ,or check why I haven't received my package .That's if the call is picked up that day.

I'm not impressed at all. Bought a product and this is the service provider my supplier chose. The parcel is meant to be couriered from Durban to Gqeberha. It's been a week of tracking a parcel traveling at a snails pace. They received the item on Monday. My parcel has been leaving Durban for East London since Tuesday. It is now Saturday. I'm not impressed at all.

What's nice about them is that all their staff can meet your needs at 1st enquiry. From the driver, technical team and reception up to management, they know everything about every parcel, route and trip they are working on. and I like how the keep you updated like you are a king.
