The Dr is very nice and helpful and so his staff besides who i believe is his wife that deals with the accounts... When we asked for a longer payment plan she belittled my partner saying that how can she not afford R2100 without knowing our financial backgound after spending R5500 at an emergency vet.. I find this very unprofessional as this was also said in full view of other clients and staff... I will not return here unless i get a formal apology from her for her ignorance and unprofessionalism.

The nicest vet. The staff are lovely and very professional. The vet is caring and always explains everything which is very helpful. He goes above and beyond and the fees are very reasonable.
