Associated Transformer Manufacturing
One staff member friendly and the other one very dismissive. Seems as if they're not interested to assist walk in customers and only wish to deal with big corporate customers. Could not assist with advice regarding a step down converter, as they don't deal with household customers. Get your act together and the least you can do is assist or share some expertise.
