DENTIST - Dr Inge Stipp

I went there 2 to 3 weeks ago ato make an appointment for early Jan but was told they would phone me with a date and time well I am still waiting for the phone call.

To begin with i had an appointment made but had to wait a month which was ok. Then 3 days before i was to go in it was canceled and moved on which was fine. Then a series of new appointments and canceled appointments occurred one within the hour of me being notified of it. Each time i had to try to arrange with my employer time to go which turned out to be a massive waste of time. I have waited for a week after going to reflect on the experience. After reading some of the comments yes she does work softly but also very slowly, it took almost two hours for a single filling and whitening. I initially had very minor discomfort on one tooth that needed a filling and now i am unable to eat anything harder then bread and anything cold even drinking water is extremely painful if it touches the tooth. I am beyond disappointed and the constant discomfort is something i paid R1400 for. After calling they said they will be able to take a look in 2 weeks which is not acceptable since i am sitting with tooth pain constantly and i was better off not going there in the first place. I am taking pain medication with little effect and honestly feel bit hopeless at this point. I dont normally leave reviews but in this case the experience and outcome was so bad i feel i need to warn others. I will not recommend going there.

I saw the dentist with my 5y old daughter and she was very good with children.

What an awesome time I had at the dentist. She made me feel comfortable and talked me through each step of the procedure and her tariff was affordable.

Woow are not even prepared to take in an emergency of tooth broken into nerve. Very unproffesional.
