Good advice

When I enlisted the services of Rawsons Verulam it was because I did my research and looked for an Agency that I found to have good coverage and foot print in the area that I was selling. I put Suzan to the task of selling my property within the month of her sole mandate and to my excitement she secured an offer close to asking price within 2 weeks. I found Bashi from the Rawson office to be very helpful and professional in our interactions and in times when Suzan was not available, Bashi was more than capable to handle my query and where not, she would always come back to me with a response. Overall the registration of the property did not come without its issues but I do feel that Rawsons stepped up to the plate and engaged with the correct people to move the process along without any further delay. I would happily recommend Suzan and her team to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

Poor service immediately after the sale was concluded, Susan stopped taking our calls and we had to liaise with the receptionist. Surprisingly after the 1-star rating, Susan found the time to make 2 calls to me after hours" just to rant about the bad rating. Eventually stating she does not care about my review."
