Absolutely pathetic telephone etiquette at Gateway... nobody answered the phone since this morning. Finally at 6pm someone does answer. Rude!!!!The guy says to me: Something is wrong with this phone- What do you want...I asked him his name and again he asked me what do I want... then cut the call on me...Is this how low TFG group has become? You hire just anyone to be an assistant without proper manners...

Ws sold a women's shoe. I trusted the sale person. I didn't have my glasses. They only will sell u just for commission. Tried to call and complain to head office they only want ur id. Bad bunch of lairs. Store was at gateway. Assistance management name tyran. He was very rude and abrupt. Salesman was a younster rivash. Bad service from both. Great store poor assistant manager and salesmen

Terrible customer service, most stuff members will not even go out back to check for sizes... Furthermore management has no way of ensuring customer satisfaction and this shop needs training on customer service as well as upgraded systems to make it easier for staff members to know what they are doing and not end up so confused when approached.

I came into the store looking for a swimsuit. A store assistant came to help me. I asked for a size 34. She had both a size 34 and 40 in her hand and put the 34 back on the shelf because she said it was to small for me and handed me the 40. I felt very offended. I walked out without buying anything.

excellent service at the tills ,friendly and chilled environment however it is very disappointing that a big store like this does not have a stable phone line . been trying to get hold of this store however the number is just engaged , contacted la Lucia branch and it was not to long after a guy by the name of Ryan answered , this guy really deserves credit for going out of his way to assist me over the phone.
