Staff are very friendly, only having to spend 20 minutes is great too and tracking the effect of diet changes on muscle, fat and lean mass every week helps a lot in scientifically testing changes. The gym is also very clean and well maintained.

Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I appreciate the clear explanations as well. After a check on the electronic scale, they also focus on the good that one currently has or is doing. And they are positive that one can improve!
