Get all your bargains with no hassles

Recently had a not so good experience in one of the other stores but was recommended by a family member as she was given very good service in the week from this store. Not only did they give her good service but sourced an item and actually contacted her to collect within a few days. As they say seeing is believing and I was actually in awe of the friendly and immediate service delivery I received just as I walked into the store. To an even bigger surprise the salesman I was told to see was off yet the rest of the staff was knowledgeable about the products. I hope your other stores learn from you.

They said to us we can bring the charger back if any problem. 4 days later they say that they don't take any thing ever back. No refund policy. Will not go there ever.

Yesterday I was there and the technician (tall, light skinned male) was not willing to help and he walked out with his bag while one of their consultant was talking him regarding my cellphone. Today i called the store more than 3 times, no one picked up.
