Absolutely appalling service. I’d heard similar from people but I thought they might have been exaggerating. The lady practically shouted at us when we enquired about the special, we had read the board wrong and she raised her voice at me and kept repeating the special to me as if *I* was special. So disappointed to see the the state of the service industry. Don’t your staff get training??? Wow. They have so much to learn and they look SO unwilling to even try!
