We have ordered 18 burgers, costly around R850. The burgers are not authentic and not tasty, and the fries are cold. Didn't get any ketchups with these burgers.

Price difference between drive through and in store. My son could not use the restroom as the floor was sopping and it was a mess, he is only three years old. The rubbish bins where overflowing and not clean. The previous time I went there my order was not complete and I didn't complain about it, but this experience pushed me over the edge. Won't be visiting again. Maybe it's time to change the slogan: I'm Not Loving It

What is the use of buying a Large Meal if your Chips isn't filled to the top.Chips always taste like it is a day old with no flavor please change the way your store makes chips as it definitely differs from other McDonald's.My husband also bought the spicy Cajun Chicken the meat was so hard and he could not eat it an also wasn't Spicy

McDonald’s that replicates the movie, I’m terms of speed and efficiency and a well oiled machine. It must be the Paarl (Main Road) branch. I have never experienced such incredible and speedy service in the drive through. Well done Paarl!

Quarter pounder meals were very nice and for a change there was ginger beer as a sugar free option. Tasted like it was out of a can. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal along the Berg River.

Visited today for strawberry sundies and spicy mcnuggets. Food was consistent as always. Had a staff member come up to assist when we where treating to find our way through the menu board. Which was great. Place clean.

Very well done on service. We were asked to park for the coffee we ordered and didn't wait longer than 5 mins. The staff member who brought the coffee out to the vehicle apologized and was very polite.
