Might as well close down the drive-thru pathway, set-up chairs and convert it to a 100% sit-in outlet. You're dismally terrible at drive-thru service :-( It would be understandable if it was a one time experience but it's recurrent to a point where I even second guess buying fast food from your outlet.

Heidelberg McD's burgers are always dry because they skimp on sauce. Or things like either no mustard or tomato sauce on cheeseburgers. I understand sometimes things go wrong with orders but they've messed up our items too many times. And yes, their chocolate and vanilla milkshakes are indistiguishable another skimp on ingredients. They do NOT open at 07:00. Our store is 3 blocks away from my house... I now drive to Nigel's McDonalds.

Apart from KFC across the road, they don't have limited items available.Their whole menu is available till late at night and you can choose what you want.

Second time we ordered milkshakes this week, first time chocolate. The milkshakes had no Choc flavour what so ever. Tonight we decided we will take strawberry, due to the fact that the chocolate one was a disappointment.. once again it was a complete let down with no strawberry flavour. Might have just ordered vanilla!!!! Skimping on the flavour McDonald's, not cool especially because you areant that cheap.

I ordered two tall cappuccinos which took over 20 minutes to be received. After another gentleman complained about the long wait for his order made before mine, they admitted to focussing on the drive-through orders and not on the walk-in orders. It was my first and last visit.

The place is very modern, cool automated order system, but I was disappointed with my burger. It was pretty bland. I guess I was just expecting more.
