I bought 4 bow bar chairs for a house warming and they collapsed on the first use. Very bad quality and workmanship. Wil not recommend them

Bought bunk beds from them less than two years ago. One of the beds has gone largely unused but broke today. Snapped right in half after I sat on it. Poor quality.

Probably the most reasonably priced store I have found that stocks good quality pine furniture. Bought a base and mattress that was delivered and assembled 24 hours later. Staff are very friendly and professional.They stock a wide variety of furniture from dining room suites to beds and cupboards. They have bunk beds, for the kids, bar stools, benches and more. Went to the retail.crossing store and they also have a branch at princess crossing.Highly recommended for anyone looking for good quality pine furniture that will last for years to come.

Service person understood our requirements and wishes, explained the factory will re-open soon and that the item is not standard and needs to be manufactured. The bed company next door will even deliver the mattress them to combine the delivery, what excellent service.

It was a pleasure going to Lotters today. I got the help I needed and some tips on how to change something on the item I bought so I can fit a TV. Looking forward to doing the modification and the staining! Very helpful, informative and patient sales person. Sorry I didnt get his name but i will phone so i can send him a photo of my modification!!!
