We decided on Bolt as they used to be in our complex, however their contract was terminated in the complex. Now their response is non-existant. Either they come after an hour form alarm or not at all. They do not bother to call both me and my husband, Ilthey only call my husband and I am working from home, so in case anything happens to me it basically provides useless service. My husband gets to our place quicker than their patrol. It's simply unsafe to be having contract with Bolt.
