Highrocks Beach House

High rocks beach is a lovely scenic experience with lovely rock pools and plenty of sea urchins and small fishes..in those pools ...But please be reminded that u do not carry valubles on your person. It is most certainly not safe for ladies or young girls alone

Wow. What a beautiful gem in the south coast. Perfect for a family vacation. Our pets enjoyed the massive yard and the views was absolutely fantastic. It was well worth it and will definitely be back there again

Clean, spacious and reasonably priced

Unfortunately the experience I have of this really beautiful house, is not of having stayed at the property but rather with the owner Julian. I booked this property together with HOUSE ON THE BEACH, for 23 people over the Easter weekend (14-18th April 2022).Unfortunately due to severe flooding and roads being washed away in that area, South Coast, it was impossible for my family to travel there.Julian was aware of the difficulties and warnings in place not to travel by the road agency not to travel and I spoke to him several times on Wednesday, 13th of April to communicate this.He was adamant I should travel as he is not willing to cancel and refund the booking.This would have been reckless on our part not to follow national guidelines thus suggesting to him that I understand this is a situation that can't be helped, and even said I would accept a 50% refund to help both parties not lose out.He declined.This is the kind of person Julian has turned out to be l, unfair and unwilling to compromise.So please think twice about doing business with him.

Amazing Views, Perfect for large groups. Swimming pool is TINY but perfect for a cool down.

Beautiful view of the ocean and a lovely dip pool. The layout of the rooms was sometimes a bit odd and the place was not as secure for dogs as was publicised. Very close to the beach. The train drives right past the house which can get quite noisy at night.

Beautiful views from the deck. Spacious and overall great stay. Would just lobe to be able to have access to the washingroom at all times to wash washing, instead of gaving to organize with the cleaners to leave open the whole time. Other than that it was a very good holiday.
