Great Pharmacy. I have been supported them for 20 + years. Unfortuanetly they found the rudest person in the universe and made her the nurse.Pharmacy is 5 star - the nusrse is a cool minus 4

The nurse is the rudest person I have ever came across! Do not work in health care if you do not care about your patients and only have rude things to say. Also do not gossip about your customers when they can hear you

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for many years. Love all the staff members. All are super kind and super efficient.

I went to this pharmacy by referral especially being that it is a 10 minutes drive from where I stay.The wonderful reviews were motivation enough but the experience left me vexed. DISAPPOINTING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.I was next in line to get attended to and the customer before me and the staff member were conversing for 23 minutes and unfortunately that was the only person on duty at the time.When the queue started to pile up, that was when they decided to attend to me.That wasn’t invariable behaviour because they wouldn’t have any customers.I realized the level of disrespect when I was attended to and I was out of there within 47 seconds.I am generally a placid person but my patience was tested.My intention is not to lambast the pharmacy as a whole but I take it personal because we’re all paying customers.I reported this matter to customer service as well.I certainly will never go back to this specific Arrie Nel Pharmacy.

The pharmacy here does not give refunds or exchanges at all. Even if it's a generic drug and it hasn't been opened. So when you buy medicine, think really carefully and try to buy it to a minimum. Also, the 100ml syrup was distributed with only three months left before the expiration date and requested for exchange, but was rejected. When purchasing medicine, consumers should check their own expiration date. Experience tell that it's better to go to a big pharmacy.

This pharmacy goes the extra mile. Always friendly and helpful. Their advice and deliveries makes a huge difference when you are sick at home.
