Dental & Ortho - Brackenfell

We left a previous practice to come to dr. Gary, because of a happy patient that pointed us to him. From the start, my two daughters and I felt welcome there and received very good advice and service with our braces. All the staff that is currently there, at the Cape Gate practice, is very professional and friendly. We thank all of them and will recommend them as an ortho and dental practice!

Super dissapointed to hear Dr Gary has resigned and now of all times! My daughter is at her last 2 appointments. Braces needs to come off now and retainer needs to be made NOW he resigns????? He has been my daughters doctor since her braces journey has started. Now at nr 99 another doctor needs to finish her off "!!Really really upset about this!!!"

My daughter has been with Dr Abderoof for close to 5 years and our experience has been wonderful. The only regret I have is that we did not know about them sooner. Another positive is that they have payment plans in place for those who are unable to afford braces for their kids. Highly recommend.

There price structure might be competitiveBut don't expect any measure of professionalismI am not sure who is most disorganized, the orthodontist, dental hygienist or the receptionist. You can expect to wait close to an hour if not more over any pre booked appointment whilst Dr Korge fights over you with both the hygienist and the receptionist.This will happen every month and remember this is a relationship of a year plus so think carefully before making this decision. We enquire month on month for a statement, pay installments blindly as statements aren't forthcoming.And don't get me started on the inappropriate comments Dr Korge makes about my teenage daughters skinMost inappropriate, unprofessional and disrespectful bunch

I would like to commend Dr Gary Cortje for his service. He’s a very professional individual who does his job to a high standard. I enjoy my monthly Ortho visits with him as I can interact with him and always leave the practice with a word of faith. I genuinely appreciate the effort he made to fit me into his busy schedule so my braces’ treatment could start. I would definitely recommend anyone to pay him a visit for any dental care. Keep up the good work Dr Gary.

My wife went for a procedure she came home with pain and could not even eat properly. She called him to share her unhappiness of his work and her discomfort instead being understanding he was irritated and confrontational.What can you expect?1)don't expect any measure of professionalism2) disorganized3)Lack of integrityWon't go there, won't recommend.
