Cashier taking my order today was very rude, quality of the food also seems to have gone down. The salad was old and looked a few days old. Tikka itself had too much spice and was barely edible. No idea what happened here.They also charge you extra if you pay via card....in 2023...

Altaf Chicken Tikka
Decided to give Altaf's a try yesterday, and found that I was neither disappointed nor excited by what I had received. Though the chicken was obviously coated in spice, it seemed to lack flavour and only packed a whole lot of heat. There was, however, this overwhelming taste of lemon that one could not escape.Overall the chicken was decent, the portions are reasonable and the prices are meh.

Made an order. They called me back after I called to confirm my order. When I got home it was wrong order. Called the store and they said I should come back to an exchange for my ‘correct order’ told them I have an additional fuel expense and was told they cannot help me further than that and was told it’s okay I can leave a google review.

I enjoy very spicy/hot food. I ordered a mutton Gatsby with tikka sauce and have been going back for more, it is hot and spicy the way I like it. The service is efficient, pricing is good.

Was always my go to for Tikka ... but after this last experience, I don't know. They took way too quick so the chicke wasn't freshly off the coals. Wasn't even Tikka sauce on the chicken. The one roll was big one was tiny... then the chips did not taste freshly fried. Small lemon and shredded felepta lettuce for salad. Oh no... I sent a whatapp. No reply. I will be personally Goin there to complain. If I was all the way home in ottery, I would have take it back. What a shock and disappointment. No No.

I bought 2 kilos of Mutton Akni yesterday what a disappointment, there was a whole lotta bones and no meat this is very bad , happened twice already , very disappointed wont ever buy there again

We bought 2 kg akni today and found 500 gram and artificial hair in it. Called them and they just said sorry. Would not recommend.

Food is okayish - decent flavour however the actual meat is not the best quality tbh. The chops was tough & the sausage had a heavy processed meat aftertaste vibe.
