I have used Itrack live for a few years and always been quite content with the service. I now have over 20 vehicles with the units in them. On the last installation the technician drove our car without permission and reversed it into a forklift. I was assured by Itrack Live that they would sort out the situation. After giving the technician an opportunity to repair the damage, which was done very badly, I discussed and sent Itrack Live a quote from our pallbearers to have the repair done properly. Now suddenly there is no response at all. I follow up and am promised a call back the same day, and a week later I am still waiting for a response again. Can you really trust a company that does not fulfil its promises. The company seems to be seriously lacking integrity.

Best car tracking n fleet managing company, with a high recovery rate

Excellent customer service from salesman Juan tracker was installed two days later by the installation team who where quick and on time. My fiance feels better driving around now knowing she has a panic button in her car.

Would give negative Stars if possibleWhat a useless company. Our company has been with them for a long time. We have over 10 vehicles registered with itrack. One of our vehicles was stolen last year, we are still waiting for a report as to why the battery tampering didn't notify us. Our car panics don't work at all, our vehicle tracking doesn't work, showing our vehicles is in other locations while its at the office. Trying to phone them to get assistance and nothing. Trying to get hold of the manager, we are told off, and that we are rude and then hang up on us. Don't waste your time on this useless place, will be cancelling all our vehicles this week and move to a more competent company that will assist us.
