These people are unprofessional would not recommend them at all....

Honestly had the worst experience when I tried to use them to rent out my property. We found our own tenants and advised them to go through and do the entire process with Corrie's. We thought this would help us with all the admin and ensure our place is looked after.After numerous upd and down they could not draw up a standard rental contract that anyone can download from the internet. I kept having to ask about certain things they have ommited, eventually I asked them to cancel, they charged a 10% cancelation fee of the rental amount+ key deposit + water and electricity, this was a total of R2100 for absoluetly nothing. Worst part is it was never disclosed to us.

Purchased from Corries. Sold again and had honest and professional service.

What a journey we had the last few weeks …Up and down confirming following up , making sure and asking.But I want to take the time to thank an employee by the name of Teresa at Corrie's Estate who never got inpatient with me and my family even if we had a hundred questions.She is SUPER and she is most willing to assist in all ways possible.THANK YOU TERESA!!! YOU ARE THE BEST
