The owner Elize has contacted me and I’ve changed my review. I’m impressed and happy that she phoned me personally to apologise. She mentioned that this was a one off occurrence and won’t happen again.I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received from Shine On. I utilized their company WhatsApp number and been in communication with them since the 5th of April to try and make an appointment for the end of May.I have had to follow- up numerous times to get a response and have been continuously ignored or given a short “I will get back to you as soon as possible “ messages.To make it worse I sent I message again yesterday (19th of April) to check if the appointment is possible and asked if I should look elsewhere and I was ignored completely.I have been more then patient (waited 2 weeks) and I find the way I was treated and the lack of communication was highly unprofessional.
