I want to say Thank You to Du Toits mobile for the great service yesterday. Came out fast, found the problem, got the car up and running and was honest in saying it'll be enough to get the old lady home but that a replacement is needed. I got home safely I have you know and the car seemed all good. I'll be purchasing the parts needed and we'll be in contact again. I'd definitely recommend to anyone, he's one of those diamonds in the rough, and a funny guy too.

We were stuck with a car that wouldn't start on a Sunday and after a quick phone call Du Toits arrived in speedy time and quickly diagnosed our car with a dead battery that needed to be replaced. He then drove half way around cape town to find us a new battery and arrived back not long after. He replaced the battery and the car started smoothly and working better than ever before!

Michael is absolutely amazing and such an honest and knowledgeable mechanic for any car emergencies. He arrived late on Saturday night to help us with our car troubles and was back early on Sunday with the parts needed to get us on the road for a long road trip. He changed our oil filter and all four spark plugs and was super helpful. We are so grateful. And will be keeping his number saved for any future emergency issues!

Very friendly and helpful service had my sparkplugs and starter coil replaced in no time at all. Car still running 100% after he set the Carburetor which was previously “serviced” to the right fuel mixture. Would highly recommend their services.

He charges R950 for a call out fee (I live in observatory) and then charged me R750 for labor. The issue was simple - I was flooding the motor and taking off in 3rd gear (yes I'm dumb but it was my first time driving a very old car). The R750 was for him to give my engine a bit of a clean and change the idling. He then offered to service my car for R2000 whereas I had already gotten a qoute for R1000. Google is free and this man is not but he gets the job done.

I had an emergency with my car whilst having to attend court appearances. Called Michael, who came to my chambers and everything was fixed within a few hours and by the time court had adjourned, my car was a-okay without having to take it anywhere or the hassle of booking it in.

Michael was spot on with my VW Polo. Diagnosed the issue (bad spark coil) very quickly, sourced a replacement, fitted and the car has been running perfectly since. Highly recommended!
