9:30 stated opening time .... drove all the way from Durban North only to be told they are open but closed .... nice

Very poor service. Today was my first time the staff has a bad attitude. They don't allow parents to be with they toodlers yet there is only one person looking after the kids. Place was dirty, not taken care of.

This place is terrible.. We prebooked a birthday party for my kid and when we got there, the place was absolutely filthy with cockroaches running around. Last time we having an event here.

Standards have dropped...previously parents were not allowed in the play area, there were staff supervising and assisting kids. It's no longer like that. There's just one lady standing around , unhelpful. Parents have to go in themselves.

Place is lovely for kids. Service wasn't too great. Over the phone especially not very helpful. Kids love the play area

Highly recommend this place for kids. Massive play area with swings, slides, tunnels, climbing frames... You name it. My daughter had a blast. There is also lots of seating for parents to relax.
