Big Mac's come without burger patties, when you raise issue with Uber eats, they refund you R3.00 when your order was over R300.00. this restaurant does not care about the service it gives, we have ordered from here a couple times, experienced minor issues so no need to complain. But this by far the worst experience, not even a remnant of a burger patty Insight. Guess the underpaid staff was hungry and decided to eat the party and package the rest. Can't believe I ate a bun with salad for dinner.

Choose any other mcdonalds than this unless you don't mind waiting so long just for them to mess up your order. They forgot my milkshake, the lettuce, onion, and tomato that I checked off for a burger, no ketchup packets, no napkins, and my order took an HOUR. Overall, horrible experience.

I have absolutely nothing wrong with employees making a work environment enjoyable for themselves in a professional manner. But today the music was playing really loud and only one type of genre. I find this distasteful as I don't want to be eating my food with this loud music in my ears. I asked the floor manager to turn it down kindly, and then she told me that the music system is locked in the office - thereafter her and another staff member were dancing standing by the entrance. Last time I checked McDonald's was a family restaurant, not a club or a SportScene.

The prices on display within the store and what they actually charge you is not the same, I spoke to a store manager and got attitude back so I send McDonald's head office an email explaining everything but still waiting on a response. If this is how you treat customers then I don't know hey

Was there yesterday, April 1st 2023 around 5 pm.... Sweet jeepers the amount of screw ups was impressive. Both big Mac and quaterpounders were.... Inadequate. Bun burnt on big Mac, sauce was prettymuch straight mayo, my girlfriend had the big mag, we both tasted it and it wasn't anything like the big mac burgers we've gotten from mac Donald's all over cape town. The quarter pounder had a strange sweet taste to the beef patty, same as the tomato ketchup which is normally slightly sweet like all gold or heinz, but not like this... Allover just strange taste except for the bun. The reason I mention this, is both myself and my girlfriend have had good poisoning since the McDonald's. I started vomitting about an hour and a half later, girlfriend the next day. Still can't hold any other foods or much liquid without throwing up. Reason I say there were so many screw ups was: 1. Could use their card machine so I had to run a street down to draw cash, waited for an iced coffee for 20 mins after my order (goodbye dearest milkshakes, melt in peace), threw away the iced coffee because the dude chucked it dead with hazelnut syrup which I normally love... But shoot, how much you need? I order the same hazelnut iced coffee 2 or 3 times a week, this was the first one I didn't want to drink past a few sips. Milkshakes were decent although a bit warmed from the wait for the elusive coffee guy. Lastly, order was still wrong, missing 1 of the 2 MC Donald's fries. Will let you know how the experience of blowing chunks out of both ends works out for me but so far a weak 1/5 and my bum sore from wiping mybru....

This is rather disturbing to enjoy a meal with the noise of the music playing. You can’t even hear yourself talking. There has already been many complaints and no one does anything about it. Please speak to your employees. The food is always late. Rather than working they are dancing in the kitchen. This is a business not a club. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a spicy mcfeast and got the mcfeast without the spicy, i was truly disappointed cause the spice is why i got the burger at the first place. Like everyone one was singing it to each other as I paid, how do they forgot to put the hot spice in.

The food and the service here is Horrible.I think they using old ingredients like patties. And they have the worst and longest service ever.I RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM HERE
