My Mom is in the Care Centre, where they take such good care

Superb for the elderly. Like home. You can feel the love and passion when you arrive

Lovely, tranquil area with lush gardens. Residents have lots of space to walk around and visit others in the resort and the care- area. My Mother-in-Law is 92, but still healthy. She is staying in one of the self- catering units; these are very neat. Overall a lovely place to live, with amenities which every senior citizen should require.

Mom is 88 and has been resident in Soetdoring Frailcare for past 3 years. Staff is competent and always friendly and caring. The gardens and infrastructure is well looked after and everything is always clean.

An old age home which could brush up on their staff training... not the best or helpfull as one would expect at such a facility

One of the better retiring homes - I have seen horror stories... Very friendly & helpful staff in the frail care unit!

A qualified Registered Nurse on duty 24 / 7 / 365. Very very professional friedly and patient staff. At frail care you have nurses supervised by a RN around at all times. At night you will find fhe RN in her office and a nurse outside all patient room. Patients are cared for all night long. Some patients are unable to move therefore need to be turned every 2 hours. There are also regular times to check nappies and anything else the patient may need. The patient also have the option to call the RN or nurse by pushing a remote which buzzes at the RN station.This for frail care but also for the other 101 hones in the retirement village. The RN administrates and provides all medication to patients herself. Using the opportunaty to chat to all patients everyday. Always time for a joke and a smile. Beautiful manicured lawns, flowers everywhere as well as many fruit trees. I'm truly impressed by the place

I want to thank the wonderful staff at the frail care centre for the loving care my father received during the last few weeks of his life. I don't know how to fully express my appreciation. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Was there for a funeral..... They looked after grandparents for 17 years. Tx to the staff.

This is a safe and secure retirement village. Good general maintenance keeps this place pristine.
