I’ve approached Chrisjan on a few occasions with my old Lenovo laptop and have always received friendly and excellent service at a reasonable price. When it started getting frustratingly slow earlier this year he upgraded it with a solid state drive and together with a few tweaks it is running like new!

A big thank to Chrisjan for resuscitating my new Acer laptop a while ago. I must reluctantly agree that suppliers cannot guarantee software issues but as this was the second time I was told by Matrix it was a software problem, I decided to ask Chrisjan to fix and he did a complete “clean-up” and reinstalled Win 10 for a reasonable charge. To reduce costs I did the upgrade to Pro, reinstalled the apps and customized. Since then the laptop has been running perfectly with great Internet speeds and my faith in Acer is being restored.
