Worst service ever. Manager walks around the hallways pretending to help but in actuality he just gets rid of people in order to let his staff do absolutely nothing to assist.

My wife has a duplicate ID case going on for years. We have done our own investigations and provided all information - both her's and the other person that is using her ID number. We even took both of them to home affairs to confirm the case, but we are going nowhere slowly. Because of a mixup on their system, our lives are on hold.

Useless, doubt if they even look at these reviews.I am trying to get Immigration to sort out a mistake they made on a visitor (Mr P) who left South Africa 2 years ago. He now wants to return but cannot because OR Immigration used his passport detail to complete Form 19 Declaration of Foreigner as an Undesirable Person".The form was signed by the actual person that had overstayed but as this person does not understand English the error was only picked up when Mr P applied for a visa to return to South Africa.Not even an acknowledgement to my appeal!!I have also written to VFS
