Terrible service. I was called saying me delivery was scheduled for today and after following up at 3pm to check if they were still coming as I had errands to do. They insisted they were. It is now 5.45pm and I still haven’t received my delivery and I can’t get through to the phone lines. What an inconvenience to shift my schedule to make sure I am home for your company to not deliver. Would not recommend your company as a service provider to anyone if this is how you treat their customers.
