I did my hair yesterday morning. It was ok, they seemed like they knew what they were doing when I walked in. I wanted to dye my hair grey and get a trim. They first bleached my hair and made me wait an hour in a dirty environment. Then they bleached my hair again and made me wait another hour. Then they dyed my hair, THE WRONG COLOUR. They told me it was grey but it turned out blue and white cause of the bleach. There was a huge language barrier and we did not understand each other. Then I asked him to dye black at the bottom cause he did not do what I asked him to do in the first place. Then he told me to pay extra, which was wrong cause he was the one that messed me up. Now I have to look stupid this December and wasted R270. I will not be returning. But I do recommend the salon cause it has done good to others.

The staff was nice. My hair was tight and painful for two weeks after I had done it.
