Exceptional service from Grant Theron!Went the extra mile to send me detailed pictures, measurements and packaged my order efficiently. I am based all the way in Durban. We certainly do not receive such efficient service in our city, I wish Grant would consider opening a branch in Durbz considering how many bakkies we have in our province. Keep up the amazing customer care Grant, we need more people out there like you!

Not good service. Not very helpful. They not prepared to help you find what you are looking for. Try to sell complete gearboxes and engines instead of individual spare parts...

Pathetic service, the guy who helped me, gave me a price and when I went to n2 4x4 bakkie spares to pick it up he gave me a different price. He told me that the supervisor was the guy who was sleeping behind the counter. It was a waste of time and money to drive there.
