House and home tokai pathetic service. I have purchased a refrigerator and none on the consultants call you back. The manager is always busy and can never see to customers. And the sales teams keep going on lunch or is in lunch when you call.To this day I have been calling to log a service but no one ever returns your calls. You go into the store they take down your details but never logs your service complaint. I'm am sitting with a noisy Samsung refrigerator .
