Terrible service! I came to exchange a jacket and it was a mission to get help! The que was very long and not moving at all. the staff members didn't bother to inform us that they're offline! They were talking to themselves and to the store manager who doesn't care about anything. I spoke to him about the exchange and he wasn't even willing to listen to me but wanted me to listen to him about their rules and regulations of their qwaqwa branch as if I was interested! Jerrrrr !!!
