The work is beautiful but what a disappointing customer experience!!!! We came and paid a deposit in August for clothes we needed ready for mid December…..we had to wait 4 hours the day before (Sherif even disappears on these days) because our stuff wasn’t ready. Worst service ever!!! No apologies whatsoever

What an unpleasant and disappointing experience, Sherif suddenly couldn't fulfil my order, after 2 weeks of sitting on the agreed request. Even more aggrevating was his attitude, he was not apologetic at all.
