Bought dog leash and malfunctioning within a month of purchase. Took it back and after numerous checking in, no feedback since they took it in for repairs. A month and half now.

Tasneema promised to get in touch with the suppliers and try to get the product to me as soon as possible. Not only did she keep to her promise, she also communicated in the most effective and kindest of manners when making contact with me.
