Remax Allstars Germiston. Hermay Court. The tenants are without electricity again. We don't get a proper breakdown of the electrical accounts. They have a prepaid meter yet everyone is charged the same. Why are there not meters in each flat? So if the agent doesn't pay, then the tenants don't have electricity. This block is so badly run that the tenants all want to leave. Remax Jacaranda is so professional compared to them it is disgraceful Remax you had better fix this.

I have had multiple family members use Remax when purchasing a property with all pleasant experiences. However working with this branch personally, this was my worst experience as a buyer. Constant miscommunication between agent, sellers and us. Prior to making an offer, we were allowed to view the property at any given time, however after OTP was made, excuse after excuse was given and we were only allowed to view the property once until transfer was done. Multiple issues on the new property after recieving keys and no professionalism in terms of sorting out as agent and sellers are friends. Till today our agent has not met us after the transfer, keys were just left in the new property for us to collect, with no indication of which key goes where. Really dissapointed with the customer service recieved from a big company such as Remax.

I have known this company for years. Managed to work with them, not for them though, for about four years. Business wise, they are professionals!! No doubt about it. But you meet individuals with their own behaviours within.Otherwise, they are just so professional!!

Totally disgusted will never sell through them again. They tell the buyer they can move in on occupational rent against my instructions so I am forced to let the buyer move in as the removal van was on the way and then I get hardly any rent because I had to pay rates and refuse removal for the buyer which they said the buyer would have to pay.
