They immediately took care of the problem and guided me through the whole process. The manager was particularly good at informing me through the whole process. Only complaint was that they didn't pump my tires to the correct pressure.

Recently took my hatchback to get a tire fitted on my rim. The employee who was doing the balancing tried to convince me that my rim was buckled and needed to be repaired even though he didn't put the weights on the rim to balance the rim , he wanted to charge me R1000 and said he could offer me a better price, so i declined for him to repair it as he hasn't balanced the wheel yet . After i left i noticed my car was very bouncy on the road so i went to the garage to check my tire pressure, that's where i found out that the employee has pumped my tire to 4 bars instead of 2.2 Bars as recommended on the vehicle . Terrible service

These guys went totally out of their way to help me. Stayed late on a Saturday to finish my alignment, and made an extra special plan to organise new tyres for me. Thank you Jaco and team! :) I really appreciate it.
