Always late and the treatment doesn't work.They have been back to our complex numerous times and everytime they come the ants just get worse.Waste of time and money.

Had flick come in 3 months ago because of a rat problem. The rats are back and Flick say they only have a 2 month guarantee so we have to pay AGAIN only 3 months later. What a RIP OFF. Use someone else if you can.

Office staff are not very helpful and quick to put you through before understanding what the request is.Had an agent call me three times to confirm my residential address and still got it wrong in the end.The team that came out to do the treatment was friendly and on time. No complaints for the service. They were great!!The office staff requires some training and etiquette.

What terrible service from Flick, while doing a spray at my house to treat our house for termites, Flick staff drilled through water pipes in my bathroom, they now refuse to replace the tiles in the bathroom. These tiles have been discontinued and they will only replace 4 damaged tiles with random tiles, so I can have a nice random spot in my guest bathroom. Totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I do not think Flick Pest Control takes any of the Google Reviews seriously, called them for a quote. But I was transferred from one person to another, ended up dropping the call because they were wasting my time. Ended up going with another company that helped me instantly. From the reviews I believe your actual service is good, but you are losing customers from the frustrating first call. Remember first impressions really count.
