Ordered a package from the states and as soon as it arrived at their warehouse in South Africa, my package was delayed by four days and there after another two days and I wasn’t even informed of this delay via phone call or online. Worst part is I had to go to their offices to find out the package is delayed because of VAT issues and is still in the warehouse. According to UPS delivery time I was supposed to receive my package a week ago but due to their slow service I’ve waited almost a whole 7 days for my package to be delivered and I actually have to pick it up from their offices so that’s additional cost to me. And only after going to their offices was I emailed and instructed to pay VAT so that the package can be processed for delivery, worst courier service ever. Upon receiving package it was damaged and two products had been spilled and seal was broken.

Good service but they need someone at the reception always.
